Booking our Luxury Villa in Sotogrande, Spain

Enquiries and booking should be made by telephone,
Email or by Enquiry Form.

A non-refundable deposit of 25% is payable to secure the booking. The balance,
plus a £500 returnable damage deposit, must be paid at least 8 weeks prior to the booking period. If the booking is made within eight weeks of the rental date then 100% is payable on booking. Credit card payment is accepted.

Everything exactly as described or better. Really impressive place, super modern architecture and amenities. Spotless clean and secure. Owner more than helpful with everything.
Location is superb for Sotogrande marina, local restaurants, Gibraltar and Marbella. Also great place for running and activities.
Would definitely recommend and return in the future.

Our 3rd visit to Tres Palmeras. Lovely property, great area, very handy for shops and marina. Great restaurants and lots for the kids to do. Very hot, good aircon!
